What counts as an entry?

An entry is one thing you've saved: a link, a note, a PDF or image, a page saved from the browser extension, or a post pulled in by a feed you follow. Tags, lists, highlights and Dex's summaries never count.

Is it really free?

Yes. While MyContext is in beta, everyone is on the Free plan and nothing is paywalled. When Plus launches, Free keeps every feature and its 1,000-entry allowance — it isn't a trial that expires.

What happens when I reach 1,000 entries?

Nothing is locked away. You can still read, search, ask Dex, highlight and export everything you've saved. New saves simply wait until you upgrade to Plus or make some room by deleting entries you no longer want.

Do deleted entries count towards the limit?

No. The limit is about what's in your vault right now. Delete an entry and the space is yours again straight away.

What is a vault, and what does sharing one mean?

A vault is a separate library with its own entries, tags, lists and Dex. Everyone gets a personal one. Plus adds more — work, family, a project — and lets you invite people into them by link: editors can save and organise, viewers can read, search and ask Dex. Someone who joins your shared vault doesn't need Plus themselves.

Can I cancel Plus?

Any time, from Settings. Your library stays exactly as it is — readable, searchable and exportable — and you return to the Free allowance for new saves. Shared vaults you own stay readable for their members; they just stop taking new people.

Which currency are prices in?

Prices are shown in US dollars. Local taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
